Our cantina is your gateway to authentic tequila, mezcal, and agave spirits. We have over 70 carefully selected expressions of agave spirits and non-agave traditional mexican spirits. We focus on heritage distilleries and palenques going back generations, non-diffuser spirits, additive-free expressions, mexican-owned, and bat- & Environmentally-friendly brands. our handcrafted cocktails are prepared with fresh-squeezed citrus and homemade ingredients. TEQUILA
We have the most carefully-curated selection of tequilas in central texas at our bar. We are supporters of mexican-owned, additive-free, and non-diffuser tequilas. when you try your new favorite served neat or in a Tommy's Margarita, you will taste the heritage in every sip.
MEZCAL
All of our mezcals are available by the copita or in a mezcalita. We also employ a mezcal here and there in our signature cocktails! Our goal is to make mezcal easily accessible and enjoyed by all regardless of previous experience or knowledge.
SOTOL
āWe are huge fans of a Desert Paloma with fresh-squeezed Texas Ruby Red grapefruit and a shot of sotol. Discover this unique spirit on its own or in a cocktail!
